The researchers utilized quantitative design with purposive sampling technique which is descriptive and non-probability by nature and utilized 101 respondents that will be selected using the following criteria which are Filipino-Chinese locals in Binondo, Manila, Must be living in Binondo, Manila for at least 10 years and above, People who are half-Chinese or pure Chinese living in Binondo, Manila, Filipino-Chinese people who are still practicing their traditions and culture, and Any gender can be part of this study as long as they meet the criteria. The research identified the extent of sustainability practices of Binondo, Manila with respect to people, place, process, and technology. Also, the research identified the differences in the perception of the respondents in terms of the extent of the sustainability practices.
