The objective of this research study focused primarily on improving the safety protocols provided by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) and Department of Tourism (DOT) regarding with outdoor recreational and leisure activities in selected parks in the City of Manila namely Intramuros, Rizal Park, Paco Park, Mehan Garden and Arroceros Forest Park. This research study is fundamental considering that the COVID-19 pandemic is happening at this present time. It will be of service to the Filipino citizens, tourism industry as well as the Philippine economy. It will also help guarantee health and safety and provide a risk-free environment for recreational and leisure activities in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic by implementing effective safety protocols, constructed by the researchers through gathering information from reliable sources and respondents.
